Could be. The shares of IMGW are sold first to the MM's (such as NITE) who sell them to retail (us). I'll bet the MM's were holding onto these IMGW shares for a while (or even as recently as the pause this morning when we saw the first upticks) and chose to dump them to bring it back to a no bid situation. I've heard that is the most profitable for them. If you watch the chart you will see as NITE dumps shares, the green gets larger.
