I don't agree. I listened to the Patriot Energy conference call, and living in close proximity to Canada, I believe the CEO actually is French Canadian. There are certain ways of saying things that are uniquely Canadian, and I definitely heard it in his voice. That is perhaps the only thing that can be believed about the take over offer that Patriot Energy is touting to the public.
