I hear ya and don't blame you for watching and waiting to jump in. Probably good advise for some with a lower risk tolerance than others.
In my case, the money I put in wasn't next months mortgage. I had saved up a little extra cash and played SKNN because I liked the story. If it doesn't work out, then it will suck to lose, but no real skin (no pun intended) off my back.
But, perhaps the money you would invest is money that has more significance to your net value, so you aren't willing to tolerate the risk. A loss for you might be more damaging than for me. If that is the case for you, or anyone else who may be watching, then your advice good advice that should be heeded.
I can be a little more cavalier with my investment because it is detached from any personal budget. A loss would hurt my pride, but not my bank account.
