David Scott Watkins the CEO of CCMC is not nor ever was a race car driver. There is a very good race car driver named Scott Watkins but he is from and lives in Canada.
That is NOT CCMC's Scott Watkins in that video on youtube, it's the Canadian Champion Scott Watkins.
