Let me get this straight, they were doing just fine as a private company and then Tommy came and magically bought them?

It is lame to think that.

If Tommy bought them, they were for sale and they were for sale because of financial reasons. Why else sell?

I think they were at the end of the rope and Tommy boy came along and made a deal. They are out of rope now and need a miracle.

I do blame the current management and they need to go.
