Hardly a rumour Perdue- A specific question was asked


as to why the preferred shares had been puffed up, and Jared claimed that there was another preffered holder, and that he wasn't at liberty to divulge this person's name.

Up until today's CC, Jared had claimed he was the only Preferred shareholder, or at least that was my understanding.

To pass this by as 'just rumors' is a recipe for disaster.
