This isn't even close to the same as wamu...wamu had capital to make it through the year..BKUNA was told they had to get it raised and failed to...wamu share holders have a leg to stand on with the law suites which is why it is trading the way it is..JPM got money that was not part of the deal in the first place..even under the deseptive way they played that one...good luck though..I have been waiting to see what you had.
