I ordered it the first day they were accepting orders. Indeed, my order probably went in within the first hour. So, unless SM has been reading my posts and deliberately sent me to the back of the line I'm guessing that this is pretty close to the start of Internet Spongebob shipping.

(I wanted to get in my order immediately after the PR so I'd be among the first to know if they were handling orders in the order they came in.)
