Zeev, The TNX put in its yearly low on 3/17/04 at 3.68 and the yearly high on 6/14/04 at 4.87. If there is anyone left out there that can qualify to buy a house, and assuming this current rate sticks at least temporarily at its current level, then this could be one more piece pointing toward the direction of the roadmap. There might even be one more refi boom?
