SEC Charges Eleven in Stock Manipulation Ring

News for the board: Sometime tomorrow (Tuesday) morning, free status will be restored.

All Ihub members are invited to post, as long as they observe a few basic rules.

1. Do not post off topic. This board gets very heavy traffic, and casual chat is not welcome. Don’t post an on topic header—for example, the title of the SEC’s original PR about the lawsuit—and then follow it up with jokes or comments about the weather, food, or sports.

2. Personal attacks will be ruthlessly deleted, and bans will be requested for repeat offenders.

3. Posts about stocks suspected of having been manipulated in the manner described in the SEC complaint or in the Delaware indictments are fine, up to a point. But pointless “I lost money in a penny stock” posts will be zapped.

4. If you have a point to make, please make it. Just not dozens of times, day after day. Let’s try to vary the discussion a bit.
