01-24-09 was the date showing in the GFRE recent 10Q filing for the 21 million share transaction which is showing to reduce the large debt owed to CHFI on the GFRE balance sheet...
Since CHFI reported owning about 3,339,000 shares of GFRE at year end 2008 then it would be prudent to lower that large a risk in one company and pursue some further diversification...

The next filing for CHFI which details company shares owned should shed more light on whether the company has any ownership larger interest in GFRE thru shares owned...
Unless there is an acquisition and diversification strategy in the works for GFRE to put some of that cash to work...So only a guessing game until filings come out...LJ
