It's at a dime because anyone that knows anything about the company is tired of the empty promises and the red flags that have appeared like soldiers marching should be another warning sign. For as many possibilities that vbdg.PK has to offer, they have had 2 red flags. If it weren't for RAW, you and some others, the stock would probably be closer to .02 or less...
