Well, all evidence of pedro in terms of PNMS is counter to that assertion. Returning some worthless certs could have been viewed as a hapless attempt at pump priming, which is the only action i have ever heard of him taking that could have in any way been misinterpreted as a "good" act. Remember, when they were returned it was at a time when a huge profit had been promised, which, of course, was another Pedro lie.

He has proven himself a crook, a scoundrel, and a con man whose version of the story is variable on any given day. He even has bad writing skills. So, sticking with a proven crook because someone thinks that someday he will prove he is a good man is just a symptom of the battered wife syndrome, sticking with a loser in hopes they will change.
