Someone asked me about your rather ridiculous post, so I'll take a moment to set the record straight.

One wonders (well, one really doesn't) why didn't you cite your "source"? It was Frank Merhib's blog, the one he created to attack Bob, Matt and iHub when we refused to remove this post from 2002:

He sued iHub and he received a default judgment only because he improperly served us. At the same time he created an anonymous blog which included all kinds of contrived content, including his alteration of the post about him and his accomplice.

When we became aware of the suit we moved to have his default judgment reversed, which it was, and then we moved to have it dismissed and he dropped the case. Before we were able to petition the court for sanctions and an order for his blog to be removed, he rather inconveniently died.
