This is a fact

RBID has had a history of diluting and they continue to do so. If they werent, the price would have gone up to close to a penny by now. They need cash because their revenue from GLA is not high enough to support ongoing business activities. Right now, Lehman brothers is probably a better risk than RBID but that is not saying much because both are very risky.
