That will never happen! There will not be a merger between sb and NEOM.

YA wants and needs to make a killing on their investment.

The VC's backing sb won't take the beating in trying to get into NEOM at the price YA will want.

My guess is that they will offer up some token amount of cash and a possible license agreement.

This will not go to a full blown court drama.
