Modine to Release Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2009 Earnings on June 2, 2009

RACINE, Wis., May 18, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Modine Manufacturing Company (NYSE: MOD), a diversified global leader in thermal management technology and solutions, announced today that it will release its fourth quarter fiscal 2009 financial results for the period ended March 31, 2009, on Tuesday, June 2, 2009. The company will conduct an earnings conference call and webcast for investors on that same date at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time).
