Like I've always said, what rationale would they have in continuing the business if they were not in the midst of acquiring financing. In my experience as a business owner, I would not find it justifiably feasible to continue in business if this were not the case.

Perhaps this backing is in the works and we'll see when they file toward the end of the month.
