anybody notice...

How in the last few days CHFI gets taken down on 1000 and 2000 share trades hitting the bid, then maybe a larger block on the bid to get it down to around .20-.21. And then there's a lotta loading up at .215-ish?

About 100k shares all on the ask between 11:37-12:05.


Just wondering if I'm the only one seeing that.
