I was going to post a nearly identical post--but would greatly appreciate any information.

Maybe I am out of the loop in regards to how these things work, filing/disclosure requirements, timing, etc...but if financing was arranged--why would Neom not let any investors know? Wouldn't this very strongly beat down the stock price? Is it typical of the company to wait so close to the deadline to make any form of announcement regarding financing? What happens if the well does dry up?

I believe in this stock long-term, but the reality is that without funding to continue as a going concern...well...actually I don't fully understand the implications for shareholders to be honest.

I am very confused why no news has been released, unless there just isn't financing, but why would the well dry up at this point when everything seems so promising?
