That wasn't my statement, you cannot remember who you talked to, which I find interesting to say the least. Seeing that the few times I have called, the voice appears to be the same person each time.

Exactly what did the Transfer Agent tell you? I'm sure you can recall that, it was only two weeks ago, and with the limited amount of calls you make to the TA, it should have been something you remember rather vividly. IMO
