I have heard from very good sources the robots sit idle too often and some hospitals they even "collect dust". I thought the instrumentation would grow faster as the units were installed. I would compare it to a surgical stapler for a new way to do an existing procedure that is not disposable and needs a disposable cartridge every time its fired. I am more interested in the reload revenue growth then I am the actual sales of the instrument. If the year starts with a thousand instruments in the field and 400 instruments were sold during the year there is now 40% more instruments in the field I want to see the reload revenue growth at a much higher rate then the sold base growth.
