gt, I think you are wrong, SSTI has no good will on the books and have about $263 MM in cash and investment, the rest of the BV is inventories and receivable less payable. A very clean balance sheet of about $4/share, growing pretty close to $1/share yearly....either the market is stupid (not unusual, but they can stay that way longer than we can stay "liquid") or it knows something about this quarter that we don't...
