With the latest equity offering, I'm not sure that Nortel is even a "one decision" (i.e. will they survive or not) stock. At first blush those converts look like they're floorless In any event the risk of dilution is massive. On top of that, it's not at all clear to me that they will survive without going through Chapter 11 first.
