Yep I see MLNK, nice run between 20-DMA and upper BB. No real way to screen for that unless you know the time period. generally you want the stock above the 20-DMA and the 20-DMA to be rising.

Fari Hamzei at http://www.hamzeianalytics.net is probably the best sigma-channel market timer. He uses them religiously and he is rated in the top 3 market timers in the country I believe.

Fari also uses the McClellan Oscillator, which TD does not support (they need to!), and one he wrote called CI which is his proprietary tweaking of the MACD.

The Bollinger bands are typically +/- 2 sigma from the 20-MA. in SD you can also plot the +/- 1 sigma and +/- 3 sigma. I learned alot from Fari's free archived webinars on his website. They are long (2 hours apiece) but this guy is good. Now that I understand his thought process I talk with him throughout the day on Twitter.
