Deva, Bart can get financing but it is the terms that is the problem. Lots of financing available but Bart is looking for solid financing and not some Loan Shark type mess that is common with OTCs. Instead of just doing some ridiculous financing deal they have 3.5M available on the bank Credit line and Bart himself has been exercising options at $2.125. So that is better than some crazy or creative financing terms that always gets slipped into the financing.

That $150 Million in stock is now worth $7.5 Million that is a 95% down just like everyone/everything else.
