Nexavar had a ~2% RR in RCC but doubled PFS compared to placebo.



Agreed that there are other factors influencing the correlation between RR, PFS and OS besides distance in time. E.g. in OS, for instance, all it takes is one met in the wrong place to kill you. But I haven't yet bumped into any source document even theorizing on some of the different correlation factors.
