I hope so. Cramer today was talking about how China could very well eclipse the U.S. as a world power in the next 5-10 years. Most of us are sitting around wondering how in the hell our leaders allowed the most wealthy and powerful nation of all time to be reduced to a debtor nation who can't afford to pay its bills. I'm also unsure how the average American will deal with the psychological impact of no longer being #1. Maybe Lenin was right when he said, "The capitalists will sell us the rope with which to hang them with..." It's happening. We're making China rich while we go into debt...sad as can be.
