We are beginning to get more detail now, thanks. This is a "initial resolution" without the particulars noted, i.e., no amount or reference to whether it has gone to the State and this may explain why the Department of Commerce could not find the company in the data bank. The PR release says GeoBio Engery while the resolution as EnvioPlastics Corporation. In either even, the contact could not find anything related to GeoBio Energy or Plastics Convesion Technologies. If it is there it will be found.
