No the sky is not falling but some bubbles may be bursting soon. For example, does it say anywhere in the PR that the Wisconsin Department of Commerce does not earmark any bonds for a company; that the company must find a bank that will make the loan; that it is unlikely that the bank will lend the money without substance behind the application? No probably not. Anyway, as previously mentioned, I did make the calls, one to the Wisconsin Procurement Technical Assistance Centers and the other to Business Development, Wisconsin Department of Commerce. I just called to confirm receipt of the email and it was received. At an appropriate point, I will post that which I find but if you can not wait any longer please get on the website and search for Wisconsin Department of Commerce and look up Business Development. I got my initial contact from the PTAC organization.
I am not running around crying the sky is falling in but for some poor investor the sky could be falling. I just suggest caution and never take this pennyland news releases, often paid for in stock by penny companies, as gospel. I stand by my findings so far.
