It would seem to me that with the dd you've done, you have more than just a passing interest in UTRM, Walt.

In this type of forum, each side is able to make a compelling case for their side.

It would seem the best thing for shareholders would be for the company to provide Brenda's signature on something that shows she is wrong about what she states and UTRM in fact HAS the rights they claim. Simple enough?

Barring that, nothing is going to get resolved here on the boards and the uncertainty is bound to affect the share price. Allowing that would be a disservice to shareholders, no?
