Things that bothered me way more about BCND than Ed Hayter....

1) That glass factory appears not to be worth nearly what Adam claimed it would be.

2) That glass factory appears to need more money being spent cleaning it up than it is worth

3) That mystery partner for the Glass Factory deal turned out to be some Romanian Cleaning lady named Helena Chamilisky or something like that.

4) After the buyout PR first came out today there was only two mm's on the ASK at .0002.....thirty minutes later there was magically 6-7 mm's on the ask at .0002

5) Satellite images of where Adam said his main location was looks like deserted woods.

6) The construction hat Adam wore for that photo isn't even the real kind of hard hat people in demo biz wear...it was a plastic yellow hat you buy in the 99 cent store.

7) You have 3 billion shares O/S most is in the float.

8) Too many people with expertise in demo industry showed up on bcnd board and all made very strong arguments for Adam and BCND being a 100% scam.

9) You have a ton of ihubbers like Gail who loaded the .0001's and are just looking for a quick double from anyone they can find to buy their .0001's for .0002....I suspect the buzz on today's suspect buyout with no details of buyer or buyout price will fade before the .0001 flippers run out of shares to sell for .0002

10) BCND's mail gets delivered to a motel....

Aside from those small details guess BCND looks ok....glty
