Well you did better than I did Xanadu, at least you looked at the document. I went right to the filing directives..lol
His original question was if the reg d could still be used, and the answer I believe is yes if the original filing was not filled in it's entirety then the the CEO can file a form D amendment to it and keep filing them until he reaches the amount stated on the original filing.

My question would be when does that option expire, and if the company changes CEO's or ticker symbols and company names does the right to file extended amendments to the original filing stop?
