The latter with a target of at least $24 and change, exuberance should get it to $30, but probably not till much later in the year and another swoon down before that. So far, my entry looks sweet enough, only some $.08 above the day's low... Earlier I "promised" we see 1780 before EOD, and here we are. ERTS prining new HOD as well, sweet.
