It's your money and your decision, but I personally am sitting on the sidelines until the dilution, R/S, and BK are over with. People who hope they won't file, IMHO, are being unrealistic. Even the CEO says it will probably happen, from what I read.

If one buys in now, remember that they're going to dilute by adding 10 times the number of shares. What I find so saddening is that an American icon is being reduced to penny-stock schemes in order to survive. I completely blame the over paid management for their arrogance and lack of planning. They didn't seem to care, as long as their paycheck kept coming. I'm disgusted, but hope this is a watershed moment of change...I'm doubtful though...

So, to answer your question, I personally won't be buying right now. Once the BK becomes official and they dilute shares to pay the bills, the pps is going to go down astronomically, IMHO. You can't add 10 times the number of current shares and keep your value; it's a mathematical fact.
