WOW i got out in time... CEO called me back also this morning... i spoke to him the other day if peopel remember and then ic alled back to ask about current shareholders... he got back to me today and said that there is in fact a R/S associated with the new ticker when it comes out but it was all listed in the filings... he said other than that current shareholders will not be shut out.... but there is still a few weeks left before that r/s happens maybee i can still swing this one next week for a few more bucks
