versus paying out Billions to the shareholders? If the math works to cancel shares they will legally find a way to get out of benefitting stock holders, do you think wamu cares about common stock if it keeps them positive after shares cancel. Sorry to say but they're human, and humans are greedy. Why do you think we're all here?
