Jim- I believe by SEC law, any company offering


securities to the public must included a disclaimer in their news releases that their shares are not registered with the SEC, except for restricted shares including rule 144 shares.

I'd have to double check, but I do know of a number of companies that carry that disclaimer.


EESO themselves aren't even registered with the SEC.
