pennystock CEO that the shares are restricted. The evidence could suggest otherwise. Now that Jared has gagged the transfer agent, all sorts of shenanigans can spring forth.
Are EESO's shares even registered with the SEC? I haven't seen any documentation to suggest they are.
It can only be Rule 144 restriction, there's no other choices.
