INTC...one other thought...

I bet it was just two or three nights ago...Adami on Fast Money said, "if you get a chance to buy INTC at 15, then take it....strong support there, and that has been a good buy point for a month".

Might be some lemming-like lunacy that also explains your 15 support/bounce area...
