Suppose I said, "McDonald's offered to buy my company for .50 a share, but I turned it down."

What does that mean?

Do you now immediately think, "Wow, a company like McDonald's thinks this company is worth AT LEAST .50 a share!" I'm selling one of my kids and buying more!

Or do you think, "McDonald's? Can you back that offer up? Is there any verifiable proof that McDonald's really offered you .50?"

That is my point. They can SAY whatever they want IF they turn an offer down. They already SAID they were offered .10 and most people did not believe it or we would be sitting better than .0017
