Just imagine friday premarket they issue a pr and its just one sentence: The prospective buyer is DOW(any major corporate name). That would be enough to get this to .10 for sure. I don't see what other details he could possibly give out about the buyout if there is a delay in sale due to the S. America trip so the name should be the very least we see imo.
