Possible LBO is definitely bullish outlook in my book

I would agree this possibility should push all bear/negative talk out the door especially once the June 2nd F date passes without a negative outcome.

The Dotson and small time town thing is one of the things that I am sure what it all really means. I grew up in a smaller community and your word does carry weight and have some significance in your life. But I as re-read the press release information and the articles I find nothing that would put MD at odds with a leveraged buyout unless he just walked away. Which is the opposite of what a LBO would require of a CEO. Being CEO would automatically provide lasting employment for his family for many years in the business. Plus you know they have a bunch of stock as well.

I put together a historical chart and then added the equity line on the price chart. It does not correlate with the increasing equity and relative value of this company. The gap is many times larger then Goldman Sachs after it was relentlessly beaten down.

I have done very well with GS by the way. I bought GS based on this type of information back in late 2008 and it has recovered all my losses for 2008 in one portfolio alone. So if you use the GS recovery as a model for CPRK in the same chart the upside looks rediculously huge.

I really have a hard time believing it. So if something looks to good to be true it usually is....so my digging around goes on. Not trying to being a killjoy folks. I am actually having a good time with this one.
