IMO, I don't think MD "knows" for sure; neither do I think that the people on this board know for sure; but there's a suspicion that it might be happening based on some remote circumstantial evidence. Until someone absolutely proves it isn't happening, then I will keep open that perhaps it is a possibility. FWIW, I personally visited w a former penny stock broker (still in the business though) that follows CPRK and lets just say we had a very interesting conversion (with charts, other stuff etc) for 2 hours. All of us would be shocked at what goes on in these markets and between MM. It's criminal; almost a mafia type situation...off shore boiler rooms etc... jmo
