yeah, it does have an ugly ring to it, but I believe with the turn-around in the economy and programs put in place by the fed to boost auto-sales, hopefully HAYZ will be in the drivers seat to work out solutions with it's lenders note holders.

Plus with all the institutions owning a good %, that should say something about future outlook, one would think?
