Like I said the flip side...

I think people are digesting the info right now and thinking about the impact. This is actually a very positive event scenario to the vast majority of people involved with CPRK.

Everybody wins....

1) Dotson would not have to give up anything. In fact he may be required by contract to stay on to help the company out for many years thus fulfilling his promises.

2) The company would be backed by large investors and would never want for financing again.

3) All the landholders would benefit because the expansion plans would already be financed. Their royalty payments would be accelerated in most cases so how happy would they be?

4) The workers would have more job security because the company is now fully financed without a problem in sight.

5) The State of Utah and the Beaver County officials would have a larger uninterrupted revenue stream.

6) Most of the stockholders walk away with a pretty nice little profit.
