Widespread, I know you are into Shells and RMs, Check LCHL.

In late March they filed an 8-k, with no press release indicating they had signed an irrevocable LOI to acquire DeFi mobile

The deal is scheduled to close this month.

No one is talking abou LCHL on the boards and the 8-K got very little notice.

But DeFi Mobile is quite a company. They have great technology and big partnerships with all the major telco players.

They just signed a deal with Apple also that will make them an APP on the Iphone.

Once this deal is consumated and the RM takes place, you have to think this thing is going to explode.
