IDMI is using money to "do pre-marketing" activitites. This "pre-marketing" is likely 1) Conferences to get word out 2) merger and acquire expenses to finalize the sell-out/merger 3) Costs to finalize the Mepact pricing in EU.

Short-term value is focus -- so good. I would expect annouancement iby next SH meeting.
