(the "Company"), a leading provider of waste and recycling services to industrial, residential, and commercial clients, is extremely pleased to announce the following contract information.

The Town of Cochrane has elected to renew their contract with BWI Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: BWIH), operating as Budget Waste, Inc., for another 2 years until January 2011. Budget Waste, Inc. has provided curbside pickup for the Town of Cochrane for the past 3+ years and will continue to provide the residents of Cochrane with curbside pickup of refuse to approx 5,000 homes. The contract has an estimated value of $1,000,000 over the 2-year term.

Cochrane is situated about 35 kilometers northwest of Calgary, and has being growing at a rate of approx 10% per year. Budget Waste, Inc. is proud to be part of the growth and success of the Town of Cochrane.
