I can say (and I am sure that doebop and claypool resevoir can back me up) it sure sounds like the Mark we know and love. It reminded me of one of EESO's PRs, where he wrote "the gripes and scare tactics from those looking to take short profits should be given as much attention as the cries of disobliged 2 year old in a toy store...".
